About WAVEtek Process Technology
MISSION:
To promote the energy-saving benefits of using microwave for heating and cooking good liquid and semi-fluid food products.
GOAL:
To educate early adopters and forward-thinking companies on the safety, efficiency, and economic benefits of using microwaves for processing food.
OBJECTIVE:
Worldwide food cooking and heating processes from conventional 19th and 20th century inefficient, indirect heating to direct heating via electromagnetic excitation of product molecules for frictional heat.
APPROACH:
To offer training workshops on the science and technology of wave-based processes and their safer nature, as well as hands-on training on systems in our showroom.
